I’m a small town girl from the Canadian prairies, farming with my husband and our 3 children, our dog Charlie and a couple of wild cats.

I have an affinity for fancy pens, high quality paper, and well-written words. I get lost in a book far too quickly and yet my ‘to-be-read’ shelf is overflowing still. I’m a Star Wars nerd and my coffee preferences will always lead me to a trendy independent shop. Documentary photography feeds my soul, but The Office and baby giggles will also do that. I will attempt to avoid birds at all cost, usually to the entertainment and/or embarrassment of those with me.
